Terms and Conditions of our Click & Collect Service

HRI Ag & Irrigation (HRI) is pleased to offer you the opportunity to buy and receive Products through the HRI website on the basis of the following terms:

1. Information about Products
Due to photographic and screen limitations associated with the representation of Products, some actual goods may differ to a small extent in visual appearance (for example in colour) from the way they appear on the Website.

2. Pricing and payment
a. You must pay for all online purchases at the time of online checkout prior to order confirmation in accordance with one of the payment methods offered on the Website. Where we cannot fulfil an order, a refund will be provided under clause 8.
b. The prices of Products, and any delivery or other charges, shown are in Australian dollars, inclusive of GST.

3. Delivery (if applicable)
Delivery is currently unavailable within the online website shop. If you wish to buy products from HRI and organise shipping, this can be discussed separate to the Click and Collect Shopping process.

4. Click & Collect
If Products are being collected, please collect them within 14 days after HRI informs you that the orders are ready for collection. If you do not, then unless you make arrangements with us for late collection, HRI will assume you have cancelled your order. This means HRI may re-sell the Product, and you may be required to pay a re-stocking fee or, in the case of specially ordered or custom-made product, forfeit any deposit/payment you have made. HRI will need to verify your identity upon collection. Pick-up is not available on public holidays when the store is closed, and only available during regular store hours. If orders are placed prior to 3pm on a regular business trading day, the order will be readyfor collection from 10am the following regular business day. Once the order is ready for collection you will be advised via email.

5. Warranties and liability
a. All Products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement for or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
b. Products may contain warranty documents on or inside the packaging provided by the manufacturer or distributor of the product. Unless clearly expressed otherwise, any such warranty is not given by HRI.
c. All other warranties and representations are excluded, except those which are non-excludable in law, including the Australian Consumer Law. Subject to the Australian Consumer Law, where Products supplied are not of a kind ordinarily acquired for personal, domestic and household use, the Seller’s liability to you is limited to refunding the price, replacing or repairing the relevant goods in relation to which the Seller’s warranty has failed (at the Seller’s option).
d. To assist HRI in resolving any problems you may experience, please inspect the goods upon taking delivery and report any shortage, discrepancy, defect, wrong specification or similar problem to HRI as soon as you become aware of it.

6. Cancellation by HRI
HRI may cancel any order (in full or part) where: (i) you are in breach of your payment obligations; (ii) HRI reasonably suspects that you are purchasing goods for the purposes of resale or resupply; (iii) HRI becomes aware after order confirmation that the good is out of stock; (iv) there has been a genuine pricing or product description error; or (v) where the transaction is suspected of being the subject of credit card or payment-related fraud. HRI will refund any amount already paid in respect of any cancelled order. In the case of part cancellation of an order, a refund will be provided on the amount paid that relates to the cancelled portion of the order.

7. Refunds & Returns
a. Some goods, including custom made goods, may not be returnable unless a warranty or guarantee is breached.
b. Customers may be required to pay for any costs HRI incurs as a result of a change of mind (for example, handling/transport costs or any re-stocking fee charged by our supplier).

8. Privacy
HRI collects your personal information to allow us to supply you with goods or services. By placing an order through this Website, you consent to HRI collecting your personal information (including your name, contact details and delivery address) for the purpose of fulfilling and delivering your order and future marketing. This information will not be passed onto 3rd parties.

9. Third Party Installation
Where you arrange for a third party to install goods purchased through the Website, you must contract separately with that third party. HRI will not be liable for any installation services provided by a third party.
